Lovely house, sad though about Cecil Beaton- died so young.

I think he was around 80 when he died but it was from 1947 that he bought this house. The house he lived in before that he had rented but is now owned by Guy Richie.

Hey Rosa, Ive come now to this shot, and I see these trees/bushes? pruned in these unique shapes, as in the one to the right of the gate... and how a vine? ivy? is cropped there on the brick of the building...BUT NOW, Im just amazed at the roof of the smaller building to the left of the main one. ??? That is just amazing to me, how do those roofs last in that state of neglect? so interesting!!! the blue iron gates/fences caught my eye also. regards, Sarah YS
