I love markets of the type you get in France and Spain. Not so much in the UK, although good ones do exist.
I am lucky in that I live 5 minutes walk from one of the the best markets in Madrid; Mercado de Las Maravillas. It amazes me that I haven't taken any photos there. I must put that right!
