Discarded loveseat used-to-be-furniture with no seat cushions (so, bring your own), but this is a nice sunny spot.. bring your sunscreen.

We can have iced tea and talk a while.

Many thanks to y'all for visiting and commenting. There is a long story to why that house was being gutted (don't think the buyers thought it was so bad), but the more they did -- the more they found wrong
