This is part of the "Wetlands" installation by Linda Tegg and Vivienne Hansen in the abandoned Carillon City mall in Perth. The food court which once existed in the basement of the mall has been flooded and then planted with edible and medicinal plants. A walkway has been constructed which runs through the mall, passing the previous kitchens and food outlets.
