Love the effect!
Your mention of 'Doris' reminds me of clients I once had. They were a family of brothers and a sister and needed help with various financial matters. But what really stands out in my mind from over 30 years ago, is that Doris Mitchell (surname changed to protect the innocent!), who was my client, arranged a meeting with me, her and her three brothers; Horace, Boris, an Maurice!
The only thing I can say for sure is that their parents certainly had a sense of humour!
