Cotswold stone walls. HCSWW.

The mellow Cotswold stone of Hidecote Manor, with world famous gardens created by celebrated horticulturalist and plant collector, Major Lawrence Johnston, with intricately designed outdoor spaces in the rolling Cotswold hills.

HWW to you all.

I'm relying on archive material at the moment as I strained my right Achilles tendon a couple of weeks ago and it seem it's going to take some time before I can walk more than a couple of hundred meters without pain. My elderly Picasso needed more spending on it than it's worth so I'm carless and housebound. I'm so pleased I have so many images to fall back on; hope it heals soon or you'll end up seeing all 8,000 of them!

Just lovely mellow stonework. So different from anything we have in Shropshire. Hope you are soon recovered enough to get out for a good walk, Maggs,

The Cotswold stone is so mellow and attractive looking and I love your framing of this lovely scene Maggs. It is a beautiful manor house and you have captured it really well.

Ouch! That does sound painful. Rest up as much as you can and take care of yourself. I am more than happy to enjoy your archive images and it is a good opportunity to post them.!!

Sorry about the car. There is always something with them. Ours needs work done this month too!

Cool Cotswold stone walls! They look very familiar to me. Not surprising as I visited there in April 2018 :-) Great photo.
