Who knows? I might ask someone from the Environment Agency when I see them.
This is a small pumping station on the levels, some of them are massive buildings, like the one in Langport. That one pumps directly into the R. Parrett, which is the ultimate drain and tidal in Langport so the sluice needs to be big.
