This vast lake in Banyoles, was used for the rowing in the 1992 Olympics and remains the Spanish national training centre for rowing. It's also a tourist hotspot; a beautiful unspoilt town.

I loved that from my position lakeside the boats gave a perfect leading line to the fishing lodge.
