Sexist, racist - boardist?

Happy Boardist Bench Monday!

A lot of cannoeing, rowing, trip boating, swimming and cannoning goes on, in and on the R. Parrett in Langport. I'm wondering which group is trying to stir up trouble with the paddle boarders and could it cause quite a splash?
