Bananagrams

Bananagrams is a game involving arranging one's tiles into a grid of connected words faster than one's opponents. The object of the game is to be the first to complete a word grid after the pool of tiles has been exhausted. Keith Burton replied to Günter Klaus:

Thank you Güni. Despite the fact our grandchildren are growing up fast, we still keep some games etc in the house for when they visit.

Keith Burton replied to Xata:

It's very similar to scrabble, but no points and it's a much faster game. Glad you like it for the challenge.

That sounds a good game Keith. I hadn't heard of it before. A good shot and I like the zipper banana bag it comes in!! My eldest daughter has a book of Victorian Parlour Games and around Christmas we played some of them. Pass the potato sounds easy but it had us in stiches ;-))

Keith Burton replied to Rosalyn Hilborne:

It's much better for playing with the grandchildren.........no points to add up, it's much quicker as everyone is working at once. I'm not a great fan of puzzles and games, but even I like this!

Thanks Rosa.
