Three things to like here Keith, a well maintained park and the students hotel but I especially like the PIP, the uniformity of it all is amazing.

Thanks Roger.............yes, the new accommodation is much better than some places available for rent. It's worth the city making an effort, the students bring a lot of money to the local economy!
