I used to know folk in a company in London who retrieved stuff like this and turned it into interesting works of art and also a lot practical stuff as well. Much of it was beautifully fashioned.

Thanks Colin. My wife quite likes Jigsaws, but I don't have the patience. If you have a bit of a google I'm sure you can find sites which will make your own photos into jigsaws.
