This schoolhouse is located in the very small community of Holly in Washington state.
"Holly is an unincorporated community in Kitsap County, Washington, United States. Named in 1895 for the presence of a large holly tree, Holly is located in the southwestern corner of the county, along the Hood Canal.
Holly is a residential area, although a substantial number (around half) of residents are summer-only. Holly is known for its isolation, as well as its unusually high rain totals. There are no commercial establishments in the community, as it is accessible only through back roads and is not near any major population center."
This little schoolhouse doesn't have any real claim to fame however they did turn out a pretty good all-girl band one year: ;-)

I like the treatment here very much.
All you need is the school mistress, complete with long skirt and bell in hand, calling the children into line for assembly and prayers!
Best Wishes, and a Good Weekend!!

Good notes and I do remember the Runaways, just about, ... they made a brief impression (even in the UK) on impressionable teenage boys at the time of which I was one!

I remember the Runaways very well. My boyfriend was crazy about them. ;-)
