You have captured this image well on your i-pad, but I know what you mean, not the same as with a proper camera. I hope you soon get sorted, but in the meantime take care. I have never heard of Blipfoto, but I'll look it up!

Jean, just a suggestion, I'm not at all tech savvy but perhaps try signing into Ipernity from another PC (Perhaps a public use one at your local library). It's not your IP account as you can sign in with your i Pad so if then another sign in with a different PC works then the trouble lays with your PC. I do hope you can find the solution so in the meantime take care while we wait for your uploads.

Thanks for the suggestion. The trouble is I can’t sign in because I can’t remember my password. I’ve clicked on the can’t remember my password and been told an email to allow me to change it has been sent but it never arrives. I have sent a message to HELP explaining the problem three times and been given a ticket number but nothing else has happened. I’ve tried using my iPad to change my password but to do that I have to key in my current password which I can’t remember.
I’m going to speak to my computer guy next week to see if he can be of any help. I don’t really think there’s anything else I can do for the moment but thanks for trying to help.
