Forsythia.

I've definitely gone into lazy mode. The Saturday chores got done but little else bar gardening and a photo of the day. Some seeds got planted under the smoke bush and watered in and some more of a shrub that suffered in the winter has been chopped. I didn't mean to get rid of it completely but I think it's going. A nice long e-mail came from Alison bringing news of other friends. I'm just about to send Easter cards so I must write her a letter.
Haven't been for a walk but I'll go round the block later. I'm reluctant to visit places at the weekend as there are more people around. I've always been like that and the pandemic has made me worse. I wish I was an early morning person as that would solve the problem.

I agree with Annemarie...........and I love the vibrant yellow colour. Yellow can sometimes be difficult to expose for, but you've nailed it here Jean.

Jackie and I share your views on visiting places as the weekend, particularly at the moment.

A good forsythia close-up. Ours too is at its height now. Normally you're some weeks or even months behind us but not with forsythia, it seems!

Lovely shade of yellow. I am a morning person, but it doesn't help... still don't feel like going for an early walk. Do catch a few sunrises though.

That is lovely Jean. So, more and more signs of spring! That's what we want.
I am having my 2nd vaccine today, but will still avoid any crowds for some time!
Enjoy your Sunday.

Lovely details on this forsythia, Jean. I can never seem to get the colour right on yellow flowers.
