Wonderful. I am enjoying seeing your latest butterfly photos some which I see but some I have never seen

I 'm a member of Butterfly Conservation Colin therefore I get to hear about all sorts of invaluable information and sometimes I am able to see & photograph beauties such as above; Brown Hairstreak are very hard to photograph in macro because they tend to stay up in the trees but this specimen was reared & reintroduced into a small Butterfly conservation reserve; thus I was present at the release and able to get this shot.

I am also a member but have little opportunity to travel far (I an a carer for Mother aged 93) so have to just watch out for something unusual
