Such a delight to see, isn't it? Coincidentally I saw my first flowering red gum of the season today on my morning walk around Mandjar Bay, a small one in a pot outside the Pen in Mandurah. As you say, spring is around the corner. (Actually, since we're in Noongar country, it is already Djilba - first spring from Auigust to September.) A lovely picture.

We've a while to wait until spring here in England...........but this is a nice reminder of what we have to come. A lovely colourful shot.......love the bee!
