I like this.
However, I bank with them (in the UK that is) mainly for historic reasons but can't come over in person all that readily to change to another bank. I can't do it from Spain. Money laundering regulations (and Mifid I and now II) put paid to that kind of flexibility!
So I feel a bit stuck with them and the worry (it's OK, I don't have sleepless nights!)
But whenever I see a reminder ...
