Exercise in tracking with the Gimbal Tripod head. 7 out of a 9 frame burst I was able to keep the swan in the same segment of frame the other 2 shots the feet and tail were clipped. Otherwise impossible for me if hand held or even on a monopod.

Andoer BK45 Steve Cheaper version of your Nest, I used some penetrating oil before using it as the manufactures lubricant seems to stiffen while in storage it is very smooth and free moving. The only problem so far is I can't find the centre of gravity with the lens fully extended and will have to manufacture some sort of counterbalance should that be a problem.
