Entsteht da eine Alternative zur Schwebebahn? (Nicht ganz ernst gemeint)
schade, dass die Schwebebahn jetzt so große Schwierigkeiten hat, sie ist doch ansonsten das beste und schnellste Verkehrsmittel längs durch Wuppertal.
