Taken at Weston Super Mare, North Somerset on the first dry day in quite a while.
Just around the corner is the abandoned and derelict Birnbeck Pier, and on our walk we discovered a little wall garden full of painted stones and ornaments including a fairy. I have not been able to discover why it is there but it brightened up a rather dull day.
There was a bench but it was too cold to sit - so I just had to 'Walk on By'

It's good news about Birnbeck now that it is owned by a local council/Historic England/RNLI partnership restoration will hopefully happen.
