The image is upright honest, No idea why the fence uprights are not.
I assume the fence has a purpose although I have no idea what it may be.

An interesting fence indeed. I think that what appear to be posts are actually 'droppers', attached only to the fence (not in the ground - see the 3rd up) and meant to keep the wires from separating, so at right angles to the fence. A lot of wire though and as there is no barb I suspect possibly for horses or similar. HFF and have a great weekend, Roger

Thank you George, ground not suitable for horses but red deer a possibility as a good number in the area It's the large mesh on the bottom that also confused the issue.
