Dunollie Light,

The white light from this lighthouse has a range of 8 nautical miles while the red and white light on the left is on the end of Kerrera island and if viewed large the Isle of Lismore lighthouse can be seen just in front of the Calmac ferry "Isle of Mull" as it turns to enter Oban Bay.
The Island of Mull forms a backdrop on the left with the Isle Lismore on the right and beyond that the Ardnamurchan peninsula.

Knockout composition in perfect weather conditions. The ship is perfectly placed. I went walking on Kerrera years ago with friends and you've brought back memories. We witnessed a wedding held in the open beside the castle and later came across the reception and a hillside covered with tents where guests and the bride and groom were spending the night.
