I'm sure it was a well regarded social asset in it's day. But its day must have been many years ago!

Andy - It may look like it, but it was hot and at lunchtime all the windows and doors of the shops are closed.
Arcevia is a very old town in the Marche with many places of interest. The town is very picturesquely situated on a hill at an altitude of 535m. You have a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and fields.

My irony was about the electrical wiring. But you see this kind of thing often in Italy. :-)))
