Tolles Licht, und danke für die Aufnahmedaten.
War mir nie sicher, ob man evtl. längere Belichtungszeiten
braucht um sie so zu zeigen. Viele Videos sind ja im Zeitraffer
aufgenommen, aber Deine 3 Fotos beweisen, dass sich
diese Erscheinungen relativ schnell verändern.
Muss doch mal in den hohen Norden touren, um das
mit eigenen Augen zu sehen.

Besten Dank, Volker! Weil ich vom Schiff aus fotografiert habe, musste ich die Zeiten kurz halten. An land kannst du mit der ISO runter auf ca. 1600 und dafür länger belichten, aber nicht über 20 Sekunden, sonst sind die Sterne Striche. Wenn die Lichter sich richtig schnell bewegen, musst du aber die Zeit anpassen.
Wie schnell sich die Nordlichter bewegen, kommt auf die Intensität an, manchmal sind sie auch statisch. Und mit blossem Auge sieht man meist nur weißliche Schleier....

Obrigada, Isabel! I really must try the Q2 one day... With the Irix I know how to handle the settings and 15mm are an advantage over 28mm. But 1,7 is definitely better than 2.5;-)

I hope you get the chance to see the lights again!
