We don't have the current heat at the moment, Gudrun. In fact it's dull and showery. Another graphic image. I assume the fences are there to stop the snow from tumbling down the slope?

Thanks very much, Amelia! Yes, the slopes are very steep and there was an avalanche warning in place.
We had over 30°C yesterday, thunderstorms in the night, now it's cooled off but will reach 30 again on the weekend. Most of the time it feels unbearably hot and humid.
