In short:

1. Change or remove the link URL only if you have a very good reason! A good reason is for example to remove URL completely, if the link would lead to private image, or switch the URL to provide "unique URL access".
2. You can remove the title tag and its content entirely because it becomes removed anyway.
3. Shorten the text inside alt tag (between " ") to contain few words only (1-5 words).

Make sure you don't add or remove any special characters like arrow brackets and quotation marks around image alt and link href contents. The maximum length of allowed note text and code is 255 characters.
