Add the travelling time to the airport, check in/security, baggage reclaim and the time from the airport to your final destination, and it can make for a very long day!

Yes indeed! I've had a half dozen flights like that in my life. Yes, all of the additional time - especially now - makes it simply too hard for me. Not to mention walking at least a mile inside each airport! ;-o
