Huddersfield Kirklees West Yorkshire 20th March 2020

An unidentified Northern Class 150 Sprinter diesel multiple unit takes Longroyd viaduct high above the Colne Valley with train 2B07 the 08.12 Huddersfield to Sheffield via Penistone service.

The water in the Huddersfield Narrow Canal had been calm but a gaggle of ducks decided to swim off before the train arrived!

Lovely capture and I like the contrasts between light and shadows here. Perfect timing to cathe the train across the centre of the viaiduct and lovely reflections. i think we can forgive the ducks! HFF and have a good weekend
