Do you know if I'm right or wrong here, Scott?

Scott Holcomb replied to Andy Rodker:

The area is called the Granite Mountains, so you are indeed correct . . .

Scott Holcomb replied to Marta Wojtkowska:

It is a fascinating place to explore - lots of geology, plants and animals.
It is quite hot in the mid-summer but in late winter and springtime is perfect (23ºC high temperature during my early April visit). Don't visit in July!!!

Andy Rodker replied to Scott Holcomb:

Thank you, Scott!
There have been many times on this site when I have stated something like this only to be proved wrong! ...So it's nice once in a while to be right!
Many thanks for coming back to me on this!
Best wishes,
Andy
