Wonderfully done Wendi! I missed some days this week. Sorry!!

We were at the last doctors appointment on Tuesday .. it took forever as they started a new software program that day and no one new what to do ..
Every patient's information had to be reentered... what a mess. :(

oh how annoying.. my 'new' doc does everything on the computer.. last time I was in I said you have that on record from the old doc.. he says "those are paper files, we don't use them" I kinda flipped out and said, "how do you know my history if you don't have that, I suggest you figure it out before my next appt."

Yep.. but still love it !!!

I have saved paperwork from tests and reports regarding our health history for years as I don't trust that the records will not get lost some how.

They always give me a copy now because I have bugged them about it so much over the years. I also have a folder for each of use that has an outline of our medications and history that I take with us to the doctor's officei. They always want to up date everything and I can't always remember the where and whens.

It's been a big help having it available!
Saves a lot of time.
