Flakstad parrish church.
HFF and a beautiful weekend:).
**********************************
Located in Flakstad village, this small church was completed around 1780, built entirely of timber, painted bright red, like many other buildings in Lofoten. Windows, doors and roof lines are painted white on the outside, blue inside. Before the current building, there was an older church, built in the mid-15th century and destroyed by fire in the 1700s.
