Enough waterfalls!

Seeing a waterfall is great but, as with visiting cathedrals, eventually there's a point where enough becomes "enough". As the rain poured down and the number of waterfalls increased, I was very glad of my water resistant lens. View large and please excuse this musical link.

I'm going to have that song going through my head all day. Listened to it endlessly as a kid. The photo reminds me a bit of the Valley of a Thousand Falls in Robson Provincial Park. Beautiful.

An amazing scene so well photographed. A most appropriate choice of music and video :-) Faved for sure and cheers for posting to 'Sight and Sound', George. p.s. it is torrential rain with very strong winds here at the mo!

Just lovely, George!! Look at them all! Incredible. I do know what you mean about overload. It's hard to give proper appreciation when you see so much of the "same" amazing scenery over and over. We cannot cope and our poor brains shut down. It can be difficult to go to museums for long visits for just that reason. Very hard to sustain the sponge! Better to figure out how to go for an hour for many days--or whatever your threshold is--then to drown ourselves. But...that's not how it works most of the time, so we have to push through as best we can. In any event, I am so happy you had enough bandwidth to take this picture, it's just smashing! :)
