Yes, I recognised this as where your picture must have been taken, and I was lucky to come across it because Hook Norton is quite large, and by no means all picture postcard.

I had lunch in the Brewery, everywhere else being closed yesterday.

You're right: they don't have a thatched fire station.

The Brewery is quite an interesting old building, but I couldn't get a decent shot of it.
