Margaret had to have some tests done and the hospital had a medical museum in the lobby. Some really interesting doodads and gadgets from eons ago. It's a wonder anyone ever got well in the early 1900's.

I did my apprentiship at Guy's Hospital in London. Our Chief Tech took us three apprentise's around the Black Museum . He warned us NOT to eat before going. The two lads did.. they threw up !!! I didnt eat... I got close to it but didnt throw up !!

Ahhhhh.. ok.. didnt occur to me I might need to explain that and I should have done..

Its the medical museum.. going back to the mid 1700's some of it ! Also contains Police "exhibits" from "cases" .

It wasnt all open to the public in my day.. and still isnt.. though some is now.
