Lovely and amazing as its a tropical flower called Anthurium. Must be very warm in the sunlight.

Oh it is very warm in the bay window. I know that it's a tropical flower, but they seem to be very popular over here. The coastline down here in Devon is often called the "Riviera", because of the Gulf Stream.
