Bolsover castle..

A photograph from the castle walls..'Bolsover Castle' is located in the small town of Bolsover - situated in the north-east of the county of Derbyshire. Having been built between 1612 and 1617 by Sir Charles Cavendish.. the same generation of family from the world renowned 'Chatsworth house.
This site is part of the 'English Heritage', network and is open to visitors.

Cheers Fred'... this side of the castle is complete and furnished in places.. the section to the left is derelict and open to the sky.. but can still be toured by visitors.
