visit to Hoa Lu, the former capital of Vietnam lies protected by high limestone mountains and earthen ramparts in the plain of Bin Nin
Hoa Lu was also the economic and political center of Dai Co Viet , a kingdom that stretched from northern Vietnam to central Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries.
