Isola di San Giulio
Lake Orta is a lake in northern Italy, west of Lake Maggiore.
It has been so named since the 16th century, but was previously called the Lago di San Giulio, after Saint Julius (4th century), the patron saint of the region.
Its scenery is characteristically Italian, while the San Giulio island has some very picturesque buildings, and takes its name from the local saint, who lived in the 4th century.

Una foto dunque ottimamente realizzata, lontana mille miglia dalle tante cartoline che ci parlano di questa località, degna di un dépliant promozionale.
Una bella luce, una bella giornata …. spero quindi che ti sia divertita !
Un saluto speciale
Fabio

Well done…Compliments to all who live there and you know for sure can not read us on Ipernity.
Adele replied to J. Gafarot:
Yes, I agree with you, this place is a little corner of paradise...enjoyed mostly by tourists, I must say. I was told many foreigners have bought beautiful houses on the little island, where there's an ancient abbey.
Have a nice weekend.
