I did stick to the path Frans ;-) It was very steep in places! The upper hand went to the garlic I'm sorry to say...LoL.

Thanks Andy. The bluebells were just on that point of going over. I was just in time to get these shots. Unfortunately the bluebells in my garden have been taken over by the Spanish ones and many of them have turned pink! They do look pretty though.

Thank you Peter. It is my favourite of them as well. I don't quite know how it works but these woods are privately owned and cared for by the Forestry Commission, who appear to be doing a good job.
