A Road Traffic Collision with no obvious cause, especially considering it is just a normal city street. Maybe the driver suddenly took ill, or something?

It was a harmless accident. After the accident the driver was telling that he suddenly felt hisself very bad. A blood pressure problem.
Fortunately the result not serious.
