Hello! Welcoming my computer back home!

So essential repairs done. I took this of my reflection not because I wanted to show off my gorgeous body (ha!) but simply as an experiment (not all that successful) taken to the window. But, anyway here it is and i'm pleased to be back!

We are pleased you're back Andy....a fine shot!! I was without my computer for a few days and it just shows how reliant we are on them now. I must admit, I got a lot of 'stuff' done without it though! Of course I missed Ipernity the most :-))

Andy Rodker replied to Rosalyn Hilborne:

Many thanks!
My reading went back up to1980s levels for a few days, Rosa!
And what a real pleasure that was!

Well it's lovely seeing you at last Andy and you do look well. Your view there is absolutely fantastic - the scale of your sight is wonderful - the valley there is superb. I've just realised that that window is like a mirror. You say your spider plants have been with you for thirty years, it's a bit like my hoya - it was already 20 years old when I found it 25 years ago. Now it flowers for me every year - giving me at least 40 clumps. Fantastic.

Andy Rodker replied to Jenny McIntyre:

Thank you, Jenny, all very interesting and by the way after Covid I was as as thin as a rake so I had to put the weight back on but I need to take a bit off now. All my exercises are bound to help!

Andy Rodker replied to Andy Rodker:

I thought long and hard and realised that this spider plant is actually from a gift from a girlfriend from 1978. I promised to look after it and here it still is! I've never thought about it before, in terms of timespan, Jenny, but it just goes to show!
What?
I don't quite know. But it just goes to show!

Andy Rodker replied to Andy Rodker:

And yes I did pack a baby spider plant up (poto in Spanish) and brought it to Spain first time back in 2010! The whole dynasty of spider plants represented here has the name of Percy the Poto!
