Me gusta el contraste de la claridad en las rocas próximas con la oscuridad del fondo del monte.
Cielo amenazador. Cuidado con las tormentas en la montaña.

Andy Rodker replied to José Manuel Polo:

Thank you, José Manuel. The forecast had been for a sunny and warm day and it was very warm in Madrid when I set out in a t-shirt. This struck about ten minutes later and covered everything with snow and I was freezing cold! But after half-an-hour it cleared up and two hours later all the snow had melted and the temperatures were again very summery! And this on May 1st! And I was an experienced mountaineer!

I remember posting it on Pano, Keith and probably here too, but a while ago now so no harm in another showing!

One very moody sky Andy, In that location I would be thinking about where to take cover should the rain start.

Andy Rodker replied to HappySnapper:

No point thinking about it because there was nowhere at all to take cover Maurice. So yes, I got drenched in the snow storm, which fortunately was brief!

I like the leading lines, the 3 triangles composing this pic. Hope it did not rain and you weren't soaking wet...

Andy Rodker replied to Eva Lewitus:

We'll, I'm English and my younger years walking in the wilds of parts of the UK where extreme changes in weather happen often, meant I was used to it. I didn't usually go out with only a t-shirt though!!
