Huge buildings - different styles of frontage,, with vast interiors no doubt.. typical of a major city..
... nice angle Andy.. I often wonder if these places are, or ever were fully occupied with citizens // Cheers from Dj.. UK.

The Spanish clearly like to take their time. Some nice buildings. I like the architecture.

A cracking view from up there Andy...............the architecture is quite amazing...........each building different, but strangely similar at the same time. Beautifully captured.

Andy Rodker replied to Xata:

So it should be! Madrid's High Street!
Although it is much nicer from up here!
I don't like Gran Via at ground level. Too much like London's Oxford Street. No style or taste, just sheer commercialism!

ºººMany thanks, everyone! As I mentioned to isabel, I don't much care for this street at ground level. Much better from up here!ººº

Magnificent overview and beautiful architecture. You don't see all this at ground level.
