No rain so far this year for large parts of Spain and the reservoirs are at late August levels.

I'd be surprised if it's still there Andy...............given the recent weather in your part of Europe!

Nicely taken though!

Andy Rodker replied to Keith Burton:

It would have gone within the week, Keith.
Today Ok-ish at 34c, tomorrow 37c, Thursday 39, Friday 41 and the weekend 44C!! This will be a record for June in Madrid.
At least it's a dry heat. It's the nights, predicted to be 30c+, that'll be the real killer!

Wow I hadn't realised how little rain you'd had. Small streams like this won't stand a chance in the heat southern Europe is having at the moment.

Andy Rodker replied to Jenny McIntyre:

This one always dries up in the summer, Jenny but it's a few weeks early this year!

Keith Burton replied to Andy Rodker:

Stay safe in the heat Andy.................I heard on the news today that it will be particularly dangerous for the elderly :-))))

Hi Andy,

Nice picture to tell us all of Global Warming!
I hate it when it gets uncomfortably hot.. Like last summer!

Best Wishes

Andy Rodker replied to Peter_Private_Box:

Then you won't like this "Spanish Plume", Peter.
And I'm right in the middle of it as I type this (sweat pouring in great rivulets all over the keyboard - I'm expecting a sizzling sound and a dead hard drive any minute!).
Yours, head down in a bowl of ice,
Andy

This is the first time that I have included myself in that category and thanks for the reminder, Keith! :o)
