Porthcadjack at low tide

To visit the cave on foot there needs to be a super-low tide. I have never been able to time my visits to co-incide with this!

I'd be frightened of getting trapped by the rising tide!

Andy Rodker replied to Rabbitroundtheworld:

Quite! That is why I'm extremely wary down there! I always buy a copy of 'Tide Times' as the very first thing I do on my rare visits back home from Madrid. It is also why I have never risked going into the cave!

Good shot! So many caves along the coast though. I've been in quite a few.

Andy Rodker replied to Rosalyn Hilborne:

Me too. There are some good caves near here at Porthtowan. I don't take photos in them because the light is too poor for my little digital and my modest cameraphone!
