I know that many will not agree with me. But every culture has used the building materials it had at its disposal. I think it would be better if the roof truss were rebuilt from non-combustible building materials.

War denn das Holz des Dachstuhles von Notre Dame nachträglich mit modernen feuerhemmenden Imprägnierungen / Schutzanstrichen versehen worden? Falls nicht, warum nicht?
