Clyde, the galloping mutt

Funny guy! Kind of unruly, but sweet. My grandson came home with a stray the other day (NOT this one). No one was happy about it, as that brought the total up to FIVE dogs, all of which are very active and want to play all of the time. Even my dog-crazy daughter-in-law has had it! Four were too many - five are impossible! So, Travis is finding a new home for the little guy and is very understanding about it.

Country living comes with stray dogs. Does anyone else think he looks part mastiff (those legs!), Lab, German shepherd and other things?

Haha - very funny, Graham! Grandma like dogs, but Grandma doesn't want to be responsible for one. ;-)

Diane Putnam replied to Rosalyn Hilborne:

He gallops and runs into things in the house! My grandson's dog is a different one. This one (Clyde)is their 4th dog. No more allowed!

Yes, I think so. She needs to be on a ranch.

Diane Putnam replied to Pam J:

You know, Pam, just the other day I looked at him (he's now full-grown) and I said "He looks like a Great Dane!" Stephanie thought so, too. That would explain his thick, heavy legs! He's a bit smaller than a Lab
