Castle garden

I've been in Download Madness Mode. Sort of a nervous reaction to the possibility that Ipernity might take a dirt nap at the end of the month. Also a good distraction from political crap.

Winter garden:-) Why do you download, haven't you got your photos saved elsewhere? If Iper closes down I'll just delete everthing here.

Diane Putnam replied to Gudrun:

Oh, sure, they're saved. But, I need an outlet for my nervous energy* and the other sites I'm in just don't do it for me! In fact, I avoid them!

*I told you, we're all half crazy over here right now - like we can't take our "eyes off the ball!" lol!

This is a very nice photo.
But bad timing for your download frenzy I think, Diane. Gremlins all over the works these past two days. Members are reporting that they can't view some photos, buddy pics keep disappearing, text has shadowing in many places, etc., Same for me.
I seem to be able to comment successfully on the photos I can view though, but I'm not going to upload any of mine until the problems are resolved. But with the current issues to the fore, how long will that take I wonder????
Best wishes, Andy

Diane Putnam replied to Andy Rodker:

I've had those issues, too, and chalked it up to no one at the controls. I was absent for a few days and it seems to be fixed. Has anyone heard ANY news? I'll just keep uploading - whistling in the cemetery, as we say.

Andy Rodker replied to Diane Putnam:

All OK again, Diane but no news whatsoever. The uncertainty is the dispiriting thing.
Do you whistle, Diane? In cemeteries or anywhere else? In the UK, I don't think I ever heard a lady whistle. Here in Spain, I hear ladies whistling all the time. But on closer inspection they all seem to be from Latin America. Perhaps it is a continental cultural divide thingy.
Have a good whistling week!
