Never heard of the sugar addition! I tend to cook pasta about 3 times a week. Has to be wholemeal (I;m diabetic) and I always try to keep a variety of homemade sauces in the freezer. So much nicer and cheaper than the salty and sugary shop-bought pasta sauces.
I agree with Daniele - a nice pasta dish and composition.

Das mit dem Zucker kenne ich aus meiner Kindheit, hat mir auch immer geschmeckt.

Diese sind gekocht und sehen lecker aus, Chrissy !!HMM !!!!!

Mit Maggi hab ich's Nudeln noch nie probiert - aber ich kann mir den Geschmack vorstellen... Vielleicht teste ich das mal.

Sieht lecker aus! Nur Zucker kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dann lieber Tabasco oder Worcestersauce- und viiiel Käse;-)

Some people here cook them with milk, then add sugar and egg-yolk, I just hate it. For me pasta is salty and al dente, with olive oil, oreganos, pepper, parmiggiano. But we are all free to eat them as we please!

Nudeln immer, aber nicht mit Maggi, dann doch lieber mit gutem Olivenöl und Knoblauch und Peperoni.. (:-))
